Booking your next beauty treatment is always exciting, however please check out our terms and conditions before booking your appointment with us.

What to expect on arrival

All clients will be asked for proof of ID upon arrival. Valid ID will include: a photo, full name and age.

All clients will need to complete a medical form and consent form to ensure that the treatment they have chosen is safe to carry out.

If you are under the age of 18 you will not be allowed treatment or entry into the clinic due to insurance reasons.

Appointments

We take bookings in more than one locations, it is the clients responsibility to attend the right clinic. You will receive a email and text message confirming your location. If you are unsure about the location of the clinic you should be attending, please contact our team for guidance. Showing up to the wrong clinic can result in not being seen that day and a lost booking fee.

All booking require a booking fee starting from £50 in order for an appointment to be scheduled. Booking fees are deducted from your total treatment price on the day.

Please give the clinic as much notice as you can when you cannot attend an appointment or if your appointment needs to be moved. If your appointment has not been moved before 48 hours of your appointment your booking fee will be lost.

If you are unwell please notify the clinic and seek advise to if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

If you have covid or been in contact with someone who has had Covid our team will move your appointment, you will not be refunded your booking fee.

A two week routine review appointment is offered for clients who have had botox. If you are unable to attend your review appointment a free top up will no longer be valid.

Payments

In clinic we accept cash, credit cards and debit cards. You will not be able to make a bank transfer.

A non refundable booking fee starting from £50 is required for bookings to be confirmed. For no reason is a booking fee refunded.
